Any tricks on getting good room at CSR

Traveling with 3 other families and we would like to be next to each other room wise. We would love to be close to everything also any tricks of the trade anyone out there would know of for when i check in. Thanks

about a week before I would fax your request with your parties names- also I would ask to have that info noted on all your reservations. Not that it would work- but maybe - and big thank you's and pixie dust on the fax!

on second thought does this count as Grand Gatherings? Give them a call- you should be able to find the number on the website or CRO should have the number

Any birthdays in your family during your WDW vacation ?
Celebrating an anniversary or graduation ?
Returning WDW guest to the same resort ?
Sometimes mentioning one of the above gets you a nice view or better room.
You most likely will get a card and maybe a balloon from the resort for your family celebration.

Make sure you have it listed on your reservation by calling CRO if you didn't do this already.
