I am just ‘guessing’ here, but, I have the same issue, not being able to use the ‘change’ option, and my package is a Recovery20, which was a BounceBack package with Free Dining , before it became a discount. I know from pervious years, when I had to make a change to my BounceBack packages, it always took a call and took a Cast Member with that special pixie dust to make changes, since the package was made with previous year pricing and etc. I was hopeful that the ’change’ option might work since the button was presented, but I, again, am ‘guessing’ that it will take that CM Pixie Dust ... oh well ... i guess fighting the phones will be the option ... sigh.
