Other than this new attraction being a fast pass, any tips? Do the Fast Passes run out; is there a long wait once you're in the que? Thanks, Maggie Going end of April....

Hi! We never had to use FastPass, so I can't answer those questions.

I did want to pipe in about the wait. There is quite a wait once you are inside the building..a good 10-15 minutes (or at least it seemed that long). I really wish they would post a countdown to showtime, just so people know. There is no waiting entertainment like there is in Muppets etc., so the kids were getting antsy. At least it was air conditioned, so that was helpful!

I saw this twice last week. Once with a fastpass, and walked right in. One as standby and waited about 15 minutes (the length of the show). The queue is pretty boring, no videos for entertainment. MK was out of control busy last week, and I didn't see fastpasses run out. I checked about 5 pm one day.

The first time I watched it, I was in the center, about 12 rows back. Perfect seats. The 3d effects were amazing. The second time I was five rows back, in the last seat on the right. The effects were blurred and shadowed, but still an amazing show.

i'm not sure how to time it for the least amount of wait time...but I do reccommend NOT being "the first one in the theater"

this bugs me at 3d shows...everyone wants to be first in...but then they realize that they have to move ALL THE WAY DOWN to the end.

DH and I usually hang back until 95% of the people around us are in the theater...and then we enter...we're almost always dead center to a wee-bit off. (I don't care what anyone says - if you are on either end - 3D shows suck)

;)

Get fastpasses, and don't bring a tired, cranky 3 yo. I had to take mine out of the show halfway through.

We went early in the morning and so didn't need fastpass, but would have needed it later in the day. Don't miss it!

I have a great idea for Philharmagic, but you'd either a) have to miss Wishes or b) watch Wishes one night and then do Philharmagic the next. There was ZERO WAIT last Monday night when we did Philharmagic while Wishes was going on. We walked right in, sat down, and there was a small handful of people there. :)

Since Philharmagic opened, on MK days, that has been the first thing we've done. When the park opens, we veer left, go over the bridge into Liberty Square, take the first right, which is a little path right along side the castle, and then to Philharmagic. We've always walked right to the lower holding area, and have never waited more than 10 minutes to get in. We've never seen it more than once on the same day, so I don't know about the crowds or fast passes for it.

Just make sure you see it! ::yes:: We did it during a parade time and only had to wait until the present show was over!

What we did with Philharmagic was FP it when we first got into the park and then went to Tomorrow Land and rode Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear before going back. It actually worked out really well because we got 3 rides out of the way within the first 45 minutes of being in the park (granted it was also early March and the crowds weren't nearly as big).

We saw it twice on our recent trip. First time we sat right on front row and things seemed a little blurry. Second time we were about 2/3 of the way back and it was perfect. Not to give too much away, but there is a scene in which you are to smell something. We did not smell it sitting on the front but did while sitting 2/3 of the way back.
