I've been back for two weeks now, and even working all day im still not feeling tired till 3-4am, though i get up between 7-8am. Friends and family say it'll get back to normal, it just isn't.

I try and stay up till the time I would normally go to bed at. Usually works and I'm back to 'normal' in a few days.

Good Luck ~ There is nothing worse than being wide awake at 4 in the morning.

Yeah , just try to get into your normal home routine as soon as possible and you should be ok in a few days. It's very frustrating isn't it!

We got back on friday and we are all up until the early hours of the morning, i cant wait to get back to normal as this is really starting to annoy now! I was back at work on monday as i work evenings at a hospital, thought this would help tire me out a bit but.....no.
Isnt it funny that it doesnt have the same effect going over to florida? I'm always raring to go lol.

Hope you get back into your normal sleep pattern again soon. I don't have any advice, I'm afraid, but I agree with the above - trying to stick to my usual routine does seem to help.

I am out in sympathy with you.

I got back on Saturday and think part of me (mainly my brain) is still somewhere between Orlando and Belfast. Sooo tired as I have to get up at 6am for work. :upsidedow
