We are planning a trip to the Frio River this summer. Texas has been under this severe drought for awhile now and I was wondering if anyone knew the conditions of the Frio River (and maybe the Sabinal as well) up around the Leaky/Concan/Garner St Park area?

How is the river flowing, what does the area look like due to the recent weather conditions, are they predicting relief for the area any time soon?

Any advice?

Also if you have any info on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers up around New Braunfels and Canyon Lake......would appreciate that as well.

Thanks!!!

Wow, amazing how fast things can change.
2 summers ago we were there in New Braunfels for 10 days of Schlitterbahn fun and they were having record rain fall, the aquifers were full, the underground caverns were flooded and the Guadalupe was closed to tubing for most of the summer. We did tube the Comal but no rapids, no drops etc since the water was over it's banks.
