For numerous reasons our upcoming March 2003 trip to WDW will be our last big family trip for 2 or 3 years (boo hoo hoo.) Be that as it may, my hubby wants to make this a super extra special trip for the kids (14 y/o daughter and 5 y/o son). I do not want to spend our entire 9 days running from character meal to character meal. This is what I have planned so far:

Friday, Arrival day: I figure that we should arrive and be checked in by 2:00 p.m. The kids will want to head straight to MK so our first night’s dinner will probably be counter service there. I have also thought about going to FW for the campfire and movie if the kids are not too pooped.

Saturday: Chef Mickey’s breakfast

Monday: Donald’s Breakfastosaurus

Wednesday: Late lunch at Rainforest Café’

Saturday: Cinderella’s Royal Table, breakfast.

Is there any other super great thing that we should fit in? I thought the ice cream social at Epcot might be good. Hubby was thinking the Hoop-de-doo or Fantasmic Dinner package.

Any recommendations?

Definitely do the Hoop Dee Doo. While its not really "Disney" characters, it is a hilarious show, with great food(well,I think so).

If you haven't seen fantasmic I would definitely do that one. Also, how about Crystal palace for a character meal. We loved that one. If you are not worrying to much about budgeting, Cirque de soleil and disneyquest would be great, especially for your teen.
