I've ran a dozen virus scans, gotten rid of cookies, defragged, gotten rid of extra games and such we don't use, and I don't know what else.
My Internet Explorer keeps giving me a message that there is a problem and it has to close. It doesn't tell me why it has to close, it just closes.
I thought it was a virus at first, but if there is one, it's too deep for about 4 different scans to find.
I was thinking it was a memory problem. And I did get rid of some stuff and it seemed to be working, until this morning again.
I've looked and it seems that I would have enough memory to run IE, but.....
I guess I need to take the computer in to have it looked at, but if you smart people could give me a few suggestions, maybe I can fix it myself.
Oh, and if you have some really good ideas, email them to me too. Even when I can't get here, I can get to my emails.
Thanks bunches.
