Any suggestion on Agenda book for trip

I want to make my parents and BF a trip agenda book. My parents, my son and my BF (hopefully fiance, I am so hoping he proposes in Disney!!!!) anyhow.. I wanted to make a book that says where we are going and around what time, Our PS number, I'd like to take the small maps in the back of the disney planning trip book and put them in the agenda book too. I want to keep the book small enough that they can carry around with us. I was thinking of putting a small clip on it so my mom can clip it to her bag and my BF and I to the stroller.

Do you have any other ideas.

Little fun facts? What type of book works best.

I read about one person who got colored index cards - a different color for each day or each park. They put the agenda on one side & the map on the other. Then they hole punched it & put it through a ring that can be used like a key ring so I think you could attach it to stuff (check at the office supply store). You can probably use those linking rings to attach it to the stroller. I think they got it laminated too (to protect it from the elements).
