Any special events on Veterans Day?

I am a seasoned DCL cruiser and will be sailing over Veterans Day for the first time. DH and I are both veterans. Does anyone know if DCL has ever done any special events on Veterans day?

Thanks for your service to our country. Don't think they have too much they should have a big celebration. Remember the usmc birthday is the day before. They could have a 2 day celebration. SEMPER FI.

I sailed on Memorial Day a few years ago and there was nothing. A British couple was surprised there wasn't an announcement and perhaps a moment of silence.

A few years ago I was on an RCL cruise over Labor Day and they held a veterans meet in one of the lounges. We introduced ourselves, gave a brief bio of our service, and then socialized over complimentary snacks and drinks. Low key event but very enjoyable. I wish DCL would do something similar.
