We leave in 12 days and due to some slight changes in plans, I would like to move one ADR (Ohana) back a few hours, and another ADR (1900 Park Fare) up a few hours.

I have been calling once in the morning and once in the evening for the past 3 days to see what's available and the availalbe times just keep getting farther away from what I want to accomplish.

Any ideas? Do I keep calling at the same pace? Pick up the pace? or hold off until it's even closer to ADR date and time for some last minute cancelations?

Keep calling until you get there.
Even then, the morning of your dining plan go to the guest relations and try once more.
I've gotten Le Cellier and Ohana both with that method.
Maybe I was just lucky ... :)

Just keep calling! I would call 3 times a day. Last year we cancelled a reservation for LTT and made someone very happy!

Excellent. Just got the exact time I needed for Ohana!

A 5:30pm and an 8:50pm on June 6 at Ohana's has been cancelled if anyone is interested.

Still no luck on 1900ParkFare.... but I'll keep dialing.

Keep trying! I'm a CM at the Reservation Center and it really is just the luck of the draw. You just never know when you'll get lucky. :)

Cool... :ssst: If you see something open up around 6 pm at 1900 Park Fare on June 8, could you give me a call? ;) :rotfl2:
