You guys keep posting when you hear about ROFR! We have just contacted the TS store about adding points, haven't made a contract YET. I really want to keep up with what things are going for and what passes ROFR. We are going down to OKW 2 weeks from today and may tour SSR. We kind of want to decide if we should just add-on there, try to get more BCV points, or go for a re-sale at another resort. Decisions, decisions......Lacee

We're only about 9 days in, so while I would LOVE to hear this week....I am not holding my breath!!

Well nothing here yet either, Has anyone heard anything yet this week. I had someone mention to me on another thread that they believe ROFR is not done every tuesday, rather it alternates tuesdays and Thursdays and sometimes no review at all. Well I hope someone out there has gotten some good news. Do we have a list of the latest waiting victims. My scorecard is way too out of date

I called TTS today just to check as we're 10 days into this waiting game (the second time around). Jason said probably wouldn't hear till next Thurs. Maybe he'll be wrong and we'll hear tomorrow...but I'm not holding my breath. He did say that Disney notifies them via email and then they make phone calls right away to let ppl know.

We closed today. Now we just have to wait to get in Disney's system before we can try to make ressies.

Kathleen dont you dare feel guilt, you should be jumping for joy, congratulations. Dont worry about us we will all pass ROFR sooner or later. I cant wait to hear how long the wait is between closing and ressie Im so desperate to schedule a place for just after new years its making me crazy. Thats probably why I am so jumpy about ROFR

Hey Kathleen--great news! I like to think you are forging the path for the rest of us to follow....

Are they REALLY not meeting for another week? Wah! I was kind of hoping otherwise for us today as well.

Scary conversation with tts guy today (I had called about a different reason re. our contract)--"let me check if your rofr paper came through--I have a bunch of them here." Now, I'm thinking--what do you mean? You should KNOW and should have called everyone with a yes RIGHT AWAY! I certainly, certainly, hope they don't delay in letting us know. Are you guys calling each week just to keep up? Maybe I'm too laid back about trusting them not to keep me waiting any longer than necessary.

Congratulations to Kathleen and lots of Pixie Dust to all still waiting. It took us 15 days to hear and we passed. It's been 8 days since we passed and now I'm jumpy for our papers. For all those still waiting, keep the faith. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. If you pass thank God and if you don't, it just means there is a better contract you're supposed to get.

If we don't get the ones we are after now its cause there is something better for each of us on the horizon. So here is hoping these contract are the ones or to the new contracts yet to be found whichever it is.

Hey has everyone been hearing these rumors about a contemporary DVC, I just saw that string and my eyes bugged out of my head. OK so its just more dis-rumor but what fun would that be, lets see can i leverage my house, maybe sell a kidney HMMMM. By the time its done it'll only be selling for $1500 a point
