Any resort recomendations for Fort Lauderdale Florida?

My sister is meeting her DH down in Florida for his leave from the military and they will both be flying out of Fort Lauderdale, Fl on their way out. First they'll be at Disney/Universal and afterward they would like to spend a few nights down in Fort Lauderdale at a beach resort.

I was able to help them plan the Disney/Universal trip but have no clue about the Fort Lauderdale area, any recommendations? They'd like a quiet. romantic resort on the beach.

Dh & I love the Boca Raton Resort & Club. It is a beautiful, elegant resort. The spa is absolutely wonderful! Part of the resort is on the intercoastal and the other part is ocean front.
It is a bit pricey, but I would go back in a minute!

Thank you! I'll pass the info on to her, I know that they're willing to spend a little more then normal since this is the only time she'll see him all year. Thanks again.
