Any rec's for a Windsor Hills 5 Bdrm (possibly 4 Bdrm) home?

I am looking for a 4 or 5 bedroom home in Windsor Hills. One of our main priorities is that the keys must be left on site. I refuse to be treking back and forth to the management company this time. That was a royal PITA on our last trip (actually we almost missed our flight because of it).

I would love to know if anyone has any VRBO numbers or links to homes. We are thinking of the first week in July.

We've stayed at a 6br and the key was in the lock box by the door. There's a couple of other reviews for 6 br on there. When you inquire about the house just ask where you pick the keys up. I know it's a hassle to go to the MC, we had to do that for one of the townhouses that we stayed at. Good luck.

Here is a 5BR we stayed in last year. Has a lockbox. South-facing pool, backing up to a retention pond rather than another house. Very nicely furnished. WiFi. Good rates. Good communication with the owner. Like all WH 5BRs, the living space is a little small compared to the sleeping capacity, but that's not this particular house's fault---that's just the standard WH floor plan.

Hi we stayed in this house in May this year and have booked it again for may next year, it was only a 5 min walk to the main pool/ clubhouse if you look at the windsor hills map it's the 3rd house along from the condos backing onto the lake.

Not only is it a short walk, but there is a path around "back" between the condo buildings and the conservation area. Quite pleasant.

vacationbythemouse.com has two 6 bedroom houses in WH. We stayed in one in May and it is absolutely beautiful. Just like the pictures. You can see the fireworks of MK from the pool and pool deck.

We are going in January and the person we are renting from owns www.mickeyscondo.com/clubhouse/ which is a 5 bedroom. We are actually renting one of her condos, but my in-laws and some extended relatives are renting the house (a little separation is a good thing!). The decor is Disney themed which I think is cool since that will be our main destination. The condo has a lockbox on-site or a keyless entry option so I would guess that the house has the same. I don't think it's very close to the Clubhouse, but it is close to the playground area if that is important to you. Of course we haven't been there yet and it's our first time at Windsor Hills, but the owner has been absolutely awesome to deal with so I can't imagine we will be disappointed. Good luck with your decision!

We stayed in an awesome 6 bdrm in WH in August. It was awesome - only 1 neighbor and we were right by a barely used exit gate. It was a keyless entry! We loved the time away from the parks as much as the time at the parks. We are annual passholders and go often but have only stayed in a house once, but I would love to do it again! It is so close to all the parks!

At WH, we have stayed at, and loved, Gigha Villa at www.valhallavillas -- both are 6 bed homes, and you get the key at the house. I have found the pricing of the 5 and 6 bed homes at WH are very close, particularly these villas which are priced somewhat lower than other 6 beds.

We are staying here in March: www.vrbo.com/143823. It is a 6 bed in WH which backs onto the pond and has a TV in both living areas. You also pick up your keys at the house. We have had good contact with the manager so far. But it is much more expensive than other places we have stayed, and we didn't bother trying to deal, so I don't know if they will come down.

5minstodisney has Windsor Hills homes you may want to PM him. I was going to rent from him but somebody had already booked the last day I was supposed to be there and I didn't want the hassle of moving around. He was very helpful and nice to work with. I think many of the others on the board have rented from him before.
