Any recommendations for dinning solo this Sunday night?

I have an extra day before a business trip to Tampa. Flying into MCO Sunday morning, driving to Tampa Monday morning. Family will meet me back in Disney later in the week.

So I will be dinning by myself Sunday night. Where is the a good counter / bar where I can get a full meal, yet not look lony sitting at a full table by myself.

Can I just walk up to California Grille or Narcosis maybe?

Either of those might work. The bar at The Wave in the Contemporary is nice. Trader Sam's might be fun. At least you'd be entertained!

I would definitely try Cali Grille. The atmosphere and the food are great and they have both bar and lounge seating. I would probably go on the earlier side as it may get more crowded closer to MK fireworks time. We went to Cali Grill in mid-December around 6 pm and the lounge area was empty. If you can't get in, The Wave at CR also has a great bar and food service.

Lots of great places in DS, too. The Boathouse has a huge bar and excellent food.

How about Crews Cup Lounge at the Yacht Club?

We eat there often if we are staying in the Epcot resort area, and it's pretty easy to get in there without a reservation. They have good drinks and yummy food!

You would not look out of place at Jiko or Victoria Falls Animal Kingdom Lodge.

At Disney Springs House of Blues, Frintera or morimoto would be single friendly . The boathouse or Jock Linsey's bars would be good.

But nothing would beat T Rex, since you wouldn't need to hear anyone else try to talk.

If you like sushi the sushi bar at the Polynesian (near Kona's would be good, also Kona itself is good. Its loud and busy in there.

Agree with the other posters about the Crew Cup lounge at the YC.

I think I have narrowed it down to California Grille. It has been a good 8 years since I have had dinner there. Plan be would be to ride over to Narcoses.
