Any recommendations for a new board game?

We are going to get our friends a new board game for their cabin and we don't know what to get.

Any new board games you've played recently that you really enjoyed?

Pictionary is always fun. We took this camping with us a few weeks ago and I can't remember the last time I laughed so much!

BTW....my DH only knows how to draw carrots apparently! LOL

I dont know if they have a DVD player, but if you are movie buffs there is a game called Scene it. All movie trivia,.

I'm still a Cranium fan and I love the Pop Culture Trvial Persuit. Don't get the 20th Anniversary one it's REALLY hard.

Oh yeah I forgot about that game. We are not movie buffs, but we do have that one.


It is not new at all, but if you like games like scrabble and boogle there is a really good game called Perquackey. It is very inexpensive and fun.

If you are looking for a game more like Taboo or Outburst, Tribond is good. Although, again, not new.

There's also a new Scene It Disney Edition

I vote for Cranium!! It's a blast! It combines several fun games into one and you'll be laughing all night long.

I highly recommend "Loaded Questions". It's a game where everyone answers hypothetical questions anonymously and the person whose turn it is has to guess who said what. It's hilarious.

I saw Apples to Apples as well as Loaded Questions yesterday and was looking at those.

I'll have to check out sequence too.

Sequence is GREAT!!! We love that one.

Uno Attack is a whole lot of fun, too.

Catch Phrase is good, as well as Tripoly (aka Michigan Rummy).

Several we just got in that look pretty fun- Cranium Turbo Edition, Imaginiff, and the 90s Trivial Pursuit
