Any problems renting @ Windor Hills?

I found a 3 bedroom townhouse with a great rate for 8 days in October. I put in a request and got a bunch of emails from owners. The one I am leaning to is from the UK, several of the owners were. They have someone local manage it for them.

I've never rented from a private owner before. I have to send a check to thr owners or pay through paypal for my $300 deposit. It just makes me a little nervous. I know people do it all the time. Anyone have any problems before?

We have also rented a 3 bedroom townhome in Windsor Hills in October, but the owners are from NJ, I believe. However I have several friends who have rented there in the past few months and say there was absolutely no problems at all. They also said the resort was magnificent!
