If you go on DCL's booking site, and specifically ask for a handicap room, those corner rooms aren't listed.
I've got Disney's large travel agent brochure/book and they aren't listed as handicapped yet.
Also, these rooms are being booked as soon as the dates open, by people who don't have the required medical form to keep an accessible room.
So....so far, those rooms are open to everyone. I have a feeling that DCL may go in and retro-fit them to be handicap accessible, but they haven't so far.
On the Magic and Wonder, the far aft handicap rooms on Deck 8 were originally supposed to only be booked as such. But the rooms had a few problems that kept them from being completely accessible/special needs rooms, so DCL has often allowed people without "needs" to book them.
We booked the room 9170 for our March cruise because I have breathing problems and need a wheelchair. They didn't ask me to fill out the medical form.
