Any photobucket users??

I have found some disigns in photobucket accounts that I have saved to my account. Now I have a few questions:

1. Do I need to get permission to use images first?

2. The images that have been personalized, how do I change the personalization? I am able to use the eraser to erase a name, but can't figure out how to keep the background and add the name I want.

Any help would be great we are down to 21/2 weeks!!

Generally the DISigners are okay with you using their blank images. You can send them a pm to let them know you are using their blank images, and post pics of your finished products along with a thanks to let them know their images are being used. As long as you are only using the images for friends and family and are not profiting from them...it is okay with most DISigners to use blank images that they have posted. If you aren't certain...send a pm and ask as it doesn't take a lot of time.

You will need to find a blank image that you don't have to erase part of the image to add the name to. Once you erase part of the image you can't get it back. If you have images that are personalized and can't find blanks ask the DISigner to personalize it for you, as they would probably prefer to do it themself.

If you want to personalize your own things look for blank images. I would suggest checking out Natalie's shared file as she has lots of blank images that she is fine with others personalizing as long as it is not for profit and for personal use only:

Marion is right lots of DISigners like to personalize their own things and are more than happy to personalize them for you. Wendypooh is a good example. She has lots of great things and loves to personalize them for you.

A good rule of thumb is if a DISigner does not post blanks...they generally want to personalize their own things.

There are DISigners like myself that post blanks and are happy for you to personalize them yourself.

If you aren't certain send them a pm to ask if it is okay.
