I understand your feelings all too well. You are in my thgoughts.
skuttle - that stinks! Here's my take FWIW - since your cycles are so regular, and your temp stayed so high, I wonder if you had another chemical pregnancy this month. You are probably wondering the same thing. Even if your insulin resistance is better, and you are ovulating, you could still have some progesterone issues, or even a short luteal phase. I am pretty sure both of those problems can be corrected. Have you had blood work for those? If your gyn is not willing or able to do it, an RE is your best bet. Lots and lots of luck to you

Looks like that will not be a side effect of clomid for me.
I am not sure if this has been mentioned but just in case it hasn't, some women have luck with some types of difficulty conceiving by taking a tablespoon of Robitussin prior to "trying".
