Congrats to all the new BFP's. Y'all are very lucky.
Jennifer... I've been thinking about you! Hope everything goes well!!
I went to see the dietician on Monday. She seemed to be pretty excited that I had previously been eating so poorly and not exercising much. LOL! She said the fact that I lost 10 pounds just with diet and exercise after only 4 weeks is great. Of course, my birthday was yesterday so I haven't been following the diet too well the past few days.
She told me that she wants me to lose 10 more pounds before getting pregnant. Ugh. At least that's incentive. I asked her about getting meds to speed along the TTC process, but she said that wasn't a good idea. She said it's better to get the insulin issue under control first, then TTC shouldn't take as long, my miscarriage odds will be lower, and I have a better chance of a healthy pregnancy (I went on bedrest at 32 weeks due to PIH last time and DS arrived 4 weeks early). I know she's right, but it's so hard to hear while more pregnant women pop up around me.

I have to keep track of what I eat each day and return to her in 4 weeks.
I go back to my GP next Friday. I thinking she'll probably make me do another insulin test to see if the diet and exercise is working or not. Fun stuff. I'm excited about that appt though because I plan on calling my gyn afterwards to figure out what else we can do. It's been 6 months since the chemical pregnancy in April so hopefully she'll be willing to try some add'l testing.
I did OPK's for the first time this cycle and thought they were great! DH and I BD'd on all the right days and I took my temp when I started getting darker OPK lines to double check O and it was correct. I"m not getting my hopes up though due to the insulin issues. I'm on CD 22 today, I think. It's CD22 or CD23.
Good luck to everyone still TTC!! This is cycle 16 for me. Seems like I've been doing this forever. I can't believe I still have tears left in me!
