Ok...question for all of you veterans...I just ordered Pre-seed. Does anybody have any experience using this?? :listen:

I never tried the pre-seed. It always gets rave reviews, but it was so expensive that I was reluctant to try it right away.

As it turns out, you CAN get preggo using well, NOT pre-seed. ;)

Congrats Carla that is wonderful and a boy for Jen what a joy. The second iui wasn't bad they started with the snowman so it was pretty easy. Kevin's count was 34 and yesterday 57. You think with those number one would make it past to 1 just one egg. God there are five of them take your pick

:rotfl: No kidding!!

OT- but did anyone else catch the show "Surviving Sextuplets and Twins" on TLC? I have watched it twice now because I'm in shock every time I see that poor woman's stomach. I CANNOT FATHOM having six babies at once.

Do any of you already pregnant women remember if you had af-like cramps in the 2ww? Sometimes they are very, very low too. I normally don't get cramps till the day of my period after it has already started, and I am getting them now for the past few days, and I am really not due till around the 12th. I don't know if I am just screwed up from my m/c, or if this could be something else.:confused3 I don't remember having these last time I was pregnant either.

Thanks!:)

Mickeybar- yes I did have some cramping not oly during the 2ww but afterwards too. Which was diff for me because I never cramp. I also always felt it more on my right side than on my left.

Hi. I'm in the homestretch of my pregnancy (starting month 8) and I used Pre-Seed once or twice during our TTC days. I used it when I knew we should be trying, but I was simply not in the mood. It made things easier, but we did not conceive using it. That's not to say it's not effective though, many people swear by it.

Honestly, at the risk of TMI, we conceived the month I was just really in the mood during ovulation.

This made me laugh. I don't think anyone has EVER posted anythng on this thread that I thought, "Whoa, that's TMI." But I guess that's because in normal circles, what we talk about is ALL TMI... :lmao: ;)

Carla and Elaine - I'm so excited for you both!!!! I'm holding my breath just waiting for your ultrasounds!

LisaB - the follicle counts and sperm counts all sound perfect. Just make those suckers swim!

Mickeybar - I had one day of REALLY bad cramps during the 2ww, but other than that, not much. But then again, I don't usually get very crampy anyways.

Becky - I did see that show, and the belly scared me :) How can they possibly keep their sanity with 6 18mo olds at the same time??????

So, will there be testing this weekend? Anyone? :)

Jen

Joining the thread :thumbsup2

I'm Erica, 31, DH is Lionel, 35. Been together 5+ years, married for 2. Proud mommy of two wonderful four-legged boys. :rotfl:

This will be our first. Went to the doc 8 weeks ago to get the go-ahead and stopped using the patch.....have not had a period since! Last week they gave me a 5-day dose of Provera so I am waiting to see if that has any effect. Otherwise I am nice and healthy. Just impatient! I'm ready to get started and my uterus is not cooperating :sad2:

Thanks for making this thread, what a great idea!

Hi Erica, I really liked your cruise report. I just read it all yesterday! You are a good writer.

Heh. Actually, once I became pregnant, I decided personally NOTHING bodily-related was TMI. But sadly, not everyone shared my feelings! You just never know...

Hi Erica!

As far as TMI, I'm pretty sure by the time we've all discussed cervical mucus, the best time to do the deed, etc, nothing is TMI. One of my friends and I decided that once we'd discussed having an HSG done, we could talk about anything. I'm still sure that any test that involves a cervix and a clamp should be illegal :)

Another question for everyone....

I heard that drinking green tea/taking green tea tablets may help with fertilization. So, I went to the store to buy some tablets, and they come in 150mg and 315mg. Which one should I get? I already take a prenatal vitamin -so I was thinking 150mg for the green tea? Anybody have any experience??

Thanks!! :sunny:

Hi everyone- I missed alot over the last 24 hours!

AF is due tomorrow! I took a hpt today, and another bfn! I totally feel it coming, I'm so p.o.'d!

As far as the folic acid goes, you need a prenatal vitamin! I was using some over the counter with 400 mcg, and my NP gave me a prescription for some. She said the latest research now says you need 1000 mcg.

Mickeybar- have your thyroid checked! Hair loss is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism, as well as weight gain, being cold, and fatigue.

Kelly- As I mentioned, I think AF is coming from your house to mine. :sad2: Another tww until ovulation, then tww to find out. My son took 4 months, so I'm hoping this next month (also 4th) will be the one! I think I have 3 days off work around that time! Lots of BD!!!
