danicaw, I hope you are feeling better! I think that I might just skip that machine all together! It seems like by the time you get on and get going, you can't to very many anyhow. I ususally do situps at home, to target that area.
Cheryl, don't feel bad! It happens, we get busy. My kids are off school all week and I will only get in 2x this week.
Well, I have completed the 3rd week of the 6 week challenge. When I got weighed in on Monday, I lost another 2 lbs.! I am down a total of 11.5 lbs. (in just 3 weeks). The weight loss is slowing, but that is okay. At least it is coming off! Three more weeks, then I will get measured again. I can't wait to see the results!
