Hello DisCrew!!! You have no idea how wonderful to know that once I open the top of my laptop and log in, there you will all be. Calming and encouraging!!! Helen, I am so sorry that Dave is experiencing such chaos...and especially the car incident!!! Is it insured??? It doesn't make it okay, but it helps get ya through!

Okay, the good news today! Abby had her last tournament for a while. It is the invitational in our area. She had some horrible shots on the front nine...kept her attitude up and turned it around on the back. She was playing par golf on the first 7 holes of the back 9, and then had a lousy hole. Overall, she did great! She did end up as the runner up player of the year! Not bad for being the youngest in the group. The group she played in was 14-17 year olds! She felt pretty good...and so did I!
As to "The Incident" there are things taking place. The CDGA is getting involved as is the PGA. It looks like they will not be accepted back to the tournament, and we don't know if he will be allowed to continue to be a pro at a club. If he goes through some anger management classes, maybe.

Well, we head to Florida tomorrow at noon! YEAH!!!!! I will be back online in a couple of days! See y'all then!

Thanks for the bands. We will love them! I think my DH is finally getting a little excited. I keep saying "I just found out........" blah, blah, blah. He doesn't get outwardly excited but he loves Disney too so he'll come around. I just wish he would jump up and down and tell me how great I am for spending hours on the computer planning our dream vacation.

Marci, not a problem. We used them on are cruise 2 years ago. What we did is glue them to the envelopes. This year I bought cheep thank you cards to use the envelopes and made them into stickers to put on the top of them.

I have just got off the phone from the perfect gift. I have ordered Dave a surprise basket with a message saying, I survived the disney amnesty !!!

I always get a buzz when phoning Usa ,

Dave is not back yey, but hopefully it will be soon.

We will be leaving really early tomorrow for the competition, so I will try to get the counter done when I get up, but if not could someone stand in? I would hate to leave you without.

I told my two DS's about the countdown. I found a great map of the ship posted somewhere and they were sooo excited. My DS7 couldn't stop hugging and kissing me! It made my day.

2 days until my DS9 leaves with my mom for his HP trip in London and Scotland. I will be praying and trying not to lose too much sleep while they are gone. At least I have the boards while I'm awake!! Since I am in PST I am either behind or ahead. I can't decide which.

I know several of us are going to WDW before our cruise. Is anyone doing the DP ( dining plan)?

At first we decided not to do the DP since it seems like sooooo much food, especially before a cruise

However, I do have ADRs booked for dinner practically every night we are at WDW and if I calculate out the cost then pretty much our lunches and snacks are all "free"

We will be going to WDW starting the 24th.
All Star Sports for the majority and AK for the last night. Then we are taking a shuttle from there to the port.
We are on the dining plan for all but the last night. I have no reservations. I am a major planner and a little bit nervous. The plan sounds great though.
I'm a little overwhelmed by the restaurant choices.
I know we definitely want to eat at San Angel in WS
and Liberty Tree Tavern at MK.
After that...... I just don't want to have to rush somewhere because we have reservations.

Helen -- great minds think alike! I was on the phone with Shirley yesterday, probably about an hour before you were. She is a great lady! This is the first time that I have ordered baskets -- wasn't a DISer on the last cruise to find out all this cool info!

Jen -- we did the DDP last December, and it worked out well for us. We eat at a lot of table service restaurants, so it was a great deal. Remember that if it is too much food they will let you share meals. We are only at WDW Wed. night through Sat. morning so we aren't going to do the DDP this time -- we'll not be doing as many table service so we can maximize time in the parks. I have an annual pass so I got the DDE card and that will help save us some money.

OK EVERYONE - I just read a post from a DISer that had just received their cruise documents for their July 23rd Wonder Cruise!!! That means All of us should be receiving our Documents within the next week or two!!!! Woo Hoo!!!

I did the on line check in so I am ready, but I want the documents.

The only thing I am not happy about is last time I was off I came back to a big mess. But I am ready to go and deal with it when I came back.

Valerie, so sorry about your mom! for you and her. Have a great time in England and a safe trip. Think of it this way when you get back it will only be two weeks to the cruise.
