Any one have any issues with Westjet allowing you to change flights due to covid restrictions ?

So I have $700 in credit with Westjet. Looking at booking flights for the fall costing about $1400. If i book now, do I still get my one free change/cancellation? Or because I am using $700 in credit, which came about because I cancelled a flight last summer, is that considered already used?

You can still cancel. I cancelled and rebooked several times.
