I used to wear crocs to work, but they recently stopped letting us wear the ones with holes, we can't even wear them with shoe covers over them. They told us it's a new law, but I can't remember if it's OSHA or JAHCO that's not letting us wear them anymore. I just went back to my old Nike mules for now until I decide I want to spend the money for new crocs without the holes.
My mom is a nurse also, and she did fall in hers at work and got hurt pretty bad. She was running into a pt. room who was falling out of bed, and as she rounded the corner into the room, she said it felt like her shoe stuck to the floor. She went flying across the room and landed hard on the floor. She hit her head, and her leg was bruised badly from her hip to her knee. She has several pair of crocs and won't wear them at all anymore. Unfortunately, they're all too big for me!
