That's a long time until sales. They could sell out quickly right now, but I guess the place must be almost ready for occupanc before they can sell. It's not like West Coasters can easily use points at another DVC resort.

I was at the sales center last Saturday and that's what I was told too. We're just now purchasing AKV. We live near Anaheim so we're purchasing out of the west coast sales office. I can hardly wait for the model to open to get a look.

Did they elaborate on the "Aprilish"... mid April, late??? I'll be out there in late April, and am HOPING they'll have the models open.

They told me that was the exact word the construction crew gave them! So no, there was no elaboration.

We'll be there in June - can't wait! Thanks for the info - think I'll see about a 6 mo CD and get some of the DVC money from interest!
