Any new on Flying Fish?

I searched and the last thread here was in November. Can't seem to see anything online. Heading that direction towards the end of next month and was hoping to stop by.

I heard on a Podcast today that Flying Fish is opening "very soon". They sounded pretty knowledgable, but maybe it was just wishful thinking.

Just a rumor, but crystal ball is saying possible Jan. 27 to early February opening. Let's hope - I love that place!

I know the inside the facility itself it looks like they could seat people at a moments notice. So it wouldn't surprise me that they would open soon.

It was always one of our favorite restaurants.

Flying Fish was one of the best meals we had (earthen soup was like Anton Ego’s childhood memories moment in Ratatouille) and I’ve been waiting for it to open as well (searched for info on it a couple of hours ago).

I hope I don’t have to stalk the boards day and night to get ADRs once it does open. Our 60 day is in 2 weeks.

Thank you...Flying Fish is our very favorite restaurant!! Will hopefully enjoy at least a couple of meals there this May!
