i havent driven over there. its bad enough over here and my car looks like a ralley car or even one of those ones they purposely smash while driving round a dirt track. plus the insurance is cheaper if we only get one person on it. dd works in the usa so hes used to driving there. i still have to think which is the left and which is the right. imagine if i changed drivers side.
Funnily enough Orlando is one of the few of our holiday destinations I haven't driven in - we've never felt the need to hire a car there since there are only the two of us and Disney's public transport works fine for us. I do however do all the driving whenever we holiday elsewhere, and I'd say not to worry at all. Just take it easy and you'll be fine. If you want to make it really easy, get some form of portable SatNav system (standalone like TomTom Go, or software for your phone or handheld computer). This makes it completely stress free, as you don't even have to worry about map reading - the SatNav will tell you where to go (so to speak... ).
Oh, and actually my DH did drive once on holiday, in Sweden about 7-8 years ago. He was fine until he went to change gears and nearly opened the door instead!! We sort of agreed I should do the driving from then on, and he has been a happy passenger ever since. Can't be bad, being chauffeured around..!
Anyway, don't worry about it, you'll be absolutely fine!
there is a roundabout top end of I Drive near beltz.I took 10 years for my DW to try driving out there we got up early one morning at start of holiday she drove a few laps round Pop century carpark then headed of to busch gardens said it was easy but we did set of at 7.30am so roads were clear shes much better now at driving here and over there

LOL! You're right, but IIRC it only has one exit (the one you come in from). I think it's for people who've driven too far and want to turn around. I recall going round it the wrong way for a laugh -- there's no-one else about!
