We are trying to decide between these two dates.
It will all depend on my hubby's work. The kids get out of school the Thursday before Memorial day. So one option is that week of Memorial day. The other option is to go the week of October 18 - 23rd. That is during out fall break. I know the deals will probably be better then, but we have an event we have to plan on for the 24th - 26th, and getting back would require airfare which is around 1600 for the four of us (YIKES). So we can drive in May - and take a couple of days on the way down and a couple back and be a little more leisurely.
However, we still want to get the best deals, and that may make an impact. I think the prices were about 70$ different for the two dates. (total package price - POFQ 5 nites, 6 day park hopper no water, basic disney dining).
