Any ideas for celebrating Mother's Day in Disney?

Well, I'll admit it - I'm a last minute planner. But, we are heading down to Disney World on Saturday and I would like to do something special for my wife
on Mother's Day. It could be a Disney themed gift or even a dinner (although its unlikely I'll get any reservations at this point :sad2: ). Or, it could just be a unique idea which are sometimes the best.

I'm not a total slacker. I have a diamond earring being made to replace a recently lost one but that won't be in on time to give it to her before we leave :)

If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks a lot,

Try the Epcot Mother's Day brunch - haven't been, but hear it's great and you just might still be able to get in.

I'm not sure you can get in but believe me it's worth the try. Either Cinderellas castle for dinner **But make your ressie for 9:30p.m. Ask for the table centered in the window. You will be front row for the fireworks with no ones head in your way. They dim the lights and you can hear the music as well. Be warned dinner is expensive, but worth every penny. Either that or a dinner ressie at California grill in Contemporary at 9:30p.m. And you will have a new take on the fireworks, again no ones head in the way, they also dim the lights and pipe in the music, it's beautiful. Good luck. We did these places last year when we went for Fathers day, and it's very much worth it.

I'll give Disney Dining a call and see if they have any availability at any of these dinners. They sound awesome. Thanks again!
