Any idea when VGF will begin taking reservations?

So, shouldn't reservations for Villas Grand Floridian (VGF) begin soon with the resort opening this fall? Anybody have any good information and/or educated guesses on when they might start? When could non-BLT resort owners start making reservations for BLT? Thanks for any help!

I wonder what it was like with BLT? Was it months before? Does anyone remember?

Original opening estimate was before the end of 2013 but that date could have slipped into 2014. DVC still has not completed its licensing to sell points at the Grand Floridian so I wouldn't expect to hear any more specifics until all of the 'i's are dotted and 't's crossed.

A couple months after they begin selling, DVC will announce special reservation windows for the resort. Owners will get a fixed period of time--probably a minimum of 2 weeks--to book any date in 2013 (if available) or 2014 which falls within the 11 month booking timeframe.

After that dedicated booking period for VGF owners, they will allow all others to begin reserving available dates within 7 months of arrival.
