Any idea on when 2011 points come out?

Looking at booking in February for a possible January 2011 trip so was curious if anyone knew when the new points usually come out.

Well after last year's fiasco with point charts for 2010 not coming out until summer, I doubt any of us wants to hazard a guess this time! The later it gets, the more I worry that they are changing and reallocating once again. The points SHOULD be similar to 2010, but there might be some reallocation to even things out. As for holiday dates, that's pretty easy to figure out if you look at the last couple of years and transfer it to 2011 dates.

Until last year, we usually got new charts by October, so we are still waiting if you follow that logic. For 2010, we got the charts in late January 2009 just in time for members to start making reservations that began end of December 2009 (old charts) but ended in early Jan 2010. The reason for the delay was obviously the point reallocation that was made for 2010 mainly lowering weekends and raising weekdays. Whether another change is coming is unknown but, of course, members are getting somewhat skittish because the charts are already "late" under old practice.
