Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

That is close to where we are. We check in Nov 1st at AoA, and them check in Dec 1st at SSR. I can customize Magic Bands (that are connected to the AoA ressie), but haven't been able to get FP+'s yet. I will keep trying too!

I see some on here are saying that checking in online helps with some of this. I don't usually check in online... does anyone know if that would/might help with getting FP+'s?

Is FP+ seating the same as the seating you receive with the dining package? Do you recommend using your 3 FP+ for parades, fireworks and character meet & greets? We'll be in parks Nov 11-17.

Fantasmic FP+ seating is in either the Mickey or Pocahontas section right now, things are always subject to change.

I personally wouldn't use it for fireworks or parades, but I'm using it for Fantasmic. You are not going at a really busy time so you should have no problem getting a spot for the parade and fireworks, but a few people said they loved the FP+ spot for the MSEP parade. If I had girls I might use it for the Princess meet and greets since they get so long.

I booked FP+ for DHS on 11/14...ToT, TSM, RnRC. I went to switch ToT and it told me that their are no more available time slots, is that for real!

I am 56 days out and was able to select FastPass+ attractions yesterday around noon. Did not receive any emails and didn't have the choice to customize our magicbands until this morning (checked last night). I also couldn't select any FastPass+ attractions on Nov 26. I used the app on my phone and was able to get that day done.

I was able to customize both sets of MBs today (RO for 11/29 & package for 11/30 POFQ). So glad because I'm having surgery tomorrow and of course my only worry was that I wasn't gonna be able to hang on the computer for a few days and going away next week to recuperate so not much computer time then either.

No FP+ yet but maybe at 60 days. At least I got SOMETHING!!!

Checking in online has made a difference for a lot of people. I will be trying it when we get to 60 days. I do believe that you will be able to eventually get FP+ without it, but if you are obsessively checking (like me) then doing the online check in may get you the options sooner.

We are staying Caribbean beach resort nov 15-23 We haven't done online check in but we were able to make fp+ selections Tuesday and customize our magic bands last night. I don't think it matters if you've done online check in Sent from my iPod touch using DISBoards

I am 65 days out and still haven't been able to customize Magic Bands.

I bought our park tickets today and they appeared in my MDE account while I was still on the phone with the CM. I had to add the tickets through the resort reservation center, bounce back department, since we had booked this reservation as a bounce back. The CM was great. We added the tickets to the room only reservation and they are fully refundable if we cancel our room reservation at least five days before check in. I love room only reservations.

Thank you! Yes, I am checking every day (maybe even several times a day ). So, when we hit the 60 day mark, if I am still unable to get FP+'s, I will do an online check in. Thank you again for your advice!

Because I read this thread and saw someone who is arriving at the same time as me and was able to customize their bands....

The only thing is...we have a split stay between BLT and AKV and the only option I see for MB's is our first week at BLT.....is that weird do you think? Should I call about it?

I stated before but that we are arriving Nov 6th and we have everything squared away with FP+ and MagicBands ordered. FP+ was available to us on Tuesday night and MagicBands became available yesterday morning.. I was thrilled!

My friend and his family are arriving the same day as us, staying at OKW on points and they are only able to do FP+... any guess on why they aren't able to personalize Magicbands yet? I hope they will get to.

My Mom and Stepdad are arriving Nov 18th and they are staying at WL and I made all of their FP+ for them, but they also can't order MagicBands. Hmmm

We are 64 days out as well. We were able to customize MB starting yesterday, and we did it last night.

I'm pretty sure you won't be able to do FP+ until Monday, since that is 60 days.

I talked with someone that is a CM on another site (I know, take what CM's say with a grain of salt), and they seemed to think that I would get a KTTW card when I went in Nov/Dec. I think they're still not completely done with getting the RFID readers working at table service restaurants, and I would think it would take a bit to work that out.

Yes, FP+ will only let you schedule if you have a valid park ticket.

I was worried about this as well an was advised by other posters from Canada that have already been with MB's that they still received the regular package.

I am 58 days out and was able to make FP+ today! but still can't customize magic bands. I have not done online check-in, but I see others on here who have not either, and have made bands - seems to be no rhyme or reason. Maybe which resort you're staying at makes a difference? Also, I saw many people mention getting a bonus FP+ at MK for a total of 4, but it did not come up as an option for me, just the usual "pick 3". Anyone else who's getting there's done for Thanksgiving week have 4 come up?
