Any great MNNSHP advice or tips out there?

This will be my first year attending MNSSHP and I was wondering if all you great DISers out there had any tips about the party. Also, any great costume ideas. It will be my mom and I attending on either the 17th or 19th.

There was a recent thread about MNSSHP tips. I just saw it in a search and the last post was 8/12, so you could go a few pages back to find it or try the search function if it's still working. I haven't been to MNSSHP yet but have been researching it as well.

The closest I came to a costume was an orange tshirt so I'm not much help there!

I absolutely adore MNSSHP. The Boo to You Parade and Hallo-wishes are worth the price of the ticket alone. Be sure not to miss the headless horseman riding through before the parade starts. I also loved when the villains came out to play on the castle forecourt. I saw them sometime between 11 and midnight, but there may have been other times during the evening. BTMR at night is one of my favorite things to do and I rode it three times in a row as fast as I could walk through the queue. The atmosphere is very fun.
