Put it in a crock pot with some chicken stock (or turkey stock) and add whatever seasonings you like, I would add garlic salt, garlic cloves, onion salt, huge pieces of cut up onions, and some Italian seasonings, like oregano, bay leaves, stuff like that. Turn it on and cook it all day......don't use too much stock tho or you'll end up with soup more then turkey breast.
When I cook a whole turkey breast I make a rub with parsley, cumin, sage, garlic, pepper and thyme.
After I brine it over night with a tablespoon of Kosher salt I then drain, pat dry and then lift the skin and put the dry rub between the skin and meat.
It turns out beautifully and is absolutely delicious.
Oh I forgot to add that I also use the rub all over the inside of the turkey and place some celery, onion and a small bell pepper in there too.
