This time last year we got a great deal for All Star Movies ($49.00 a night Sept. 29th thru Oct. 10th) just wondering if they are offering anything like that this year for the fall??
I have checked mousesavers but found nothing.
I found out about the rates last year from this board and disneydollarless group.....but I haven't seen anything so far that comes close to that rate???
Anyone know of great rates for November????

Thanks Barb:)

Not yet. The current summer discounts end 9/30 and have to be booked by 5/19. So maybe after 5/19 more codes will be announced. If you are a DC member, there are discounts for November.

Just booked Yacht Club from 11/8 to 11/13 with a AAA discount....$272.67 including tax. CM told me that was all that was available until the AP rates come out after summer. She was very nice and told me to call back when they come out and they would change my ressies. Who says there are no nice CM's left? Anyone else for November with any other rates yet?

You have to realize that Disney was suffering really bad from the recession last year, just like every other business, so of course they had all these really low prices to bring people in. I think the likelihood of $49 a night at the All Stars is slim to none. I think the lowest I have seen this year is $62 - which by the way is still a VERY good rate.

I think you can look at the rates that were offered earlier this year and expect that this fall, if discounts are offered (which from a couple articles I have read is very likely), then you can jump on them.

Don't make the mistake of counting on discounts. You count on them, they might not happen and then you may be stuck with a higher hotel bill than you were expecting. Book what you are comfortable with and if a discount comes available, then be pleasantly surprised.

Zulaya, I totally agree. I think I am probably paying too much for the YC, but I intended on staying there this November and that is what was offered. Too many people wait until the discounts come out and then, guess what? No rooms available. We pick a different hotel each time and the YC was up this year. Hopefully I will get an AP discount later on, but if I don't I am still very lucky to get to be at the YC for 5 glorious nights......and am very excited at any rate they offer.:D :D :D
