Like some of the girls said (and thanks so much for being so sweet!!) , I did wear my glasses. I love trendy glasses and have been wearing them for many years. I thought and thought over whether or not to wear them or not. However, when it came down to making a decision, I didnt want to look back at photos that looked like someone else. If I hadn't worn my glasses-- it wouldnt have been ME in those photos, you know what I mean?
Photographers have a great way of keeping the light from glaring off of them. I didnt have any issues with the light in any of my photos!!
I hope you make the best decision for you!
By the way, Im blind as a bat too!! LOL
See I tried on my dress with different glasses that I had at the time (before I got the ones in the wedding shot)-- however, I would have been comfortable wearing any type of glasses.

You are so adorable that you could pull off anything, but it was definitely reassuring to see someone in my type of glasses! Mine are actually closer to what you were wearing in the "try on" picture. Those are the type of glasses I've worn for years..and I just don't look like myself without them. You have totally inspired me!
Who knew my vanity could do so much good?!
Not the picture I (nor my lovely wife) would want. So, I asked my optometrist for a disposible pair of contacts I can wear for the photo session and (if they are comfortable) for the ceremony too.
The brides pictured in the photos on this thread are beautiful.
) I think our pics are fabulous so you shouldn't worry about wearing your glasses.
