Any DVC guides here?

I have a question for any DVC employees reading. I am looking at applying at the new DVC center in Chicago, but am trying to get an idea of pay. PM me if you prefer.

Our guide has lurked in the past (she doesn't have time now), but according to her, DVC Guides are NOT allowed to post (it is in their contract - they wiil be fired). They can NOT even post to other (non-DVC) areas of the DIS. She said that Guides are the only CMs with that limitation. Sorry, you may find a former Guide, but not one currently employed by Disney.

Thanks for the info. I guess I will just have to apply and find out if they call me back. i just hate ot waste the time if it does not pay enough. I imagine the guides have a comission schedule, but the other DVC employees are probably hourly.
