Seems from reading the boards and news from Disney that most discounts being offered for anything relates to Disney World in Florida. Is anyone aware of any DVC discounts or deals at Disneyland as we will be staying at the GCH September 5-12th. We are first timers at Disneyland so we are not to familiar with what happens there. Any information would be appreciated on ticket discounts or reasonably priced places to dine.:cool1::yay:

Well for sure, you should book the 5 for 3 deal, and also your tickets can be purchases 5 for the price of 3, depending on how many days in the park you will want. You may need to make your reservation in two batches in order to get the deal. In fact, I would be inclined to make two 5 day reservations and stay for 10 days if you can, and it will still be two nights worth less expensive than your current reservation:)

Does that make sense?

If you are a DVC member, then yes there are some discounts for restaurants and stuff at the Disneyland Resort - though don't ask me to tell you what they are! LOL! If you're staying on points then you should receive a guide when you check in.

As the other poster said, they are now offering a buy 3 get 5 night deal. There are discounted tickets that are part of the package. As for DVC, even if you pay for your stay you can pick up a DL portable perks booklet like the ones at WDW from any DVC representative throughout the resort. You don't need to be staying in a Disney hotel to be eligible for the DVC perks. That will list all the current discounts available to DVC members at DL resort. Go to the Disnyland Website to get the special offers on the hotel rates.

For the most part we found all dining offered at least 10% off, including CS. You can get the portable perks from the DVC desk in the lobby. We will also be there during that time frame..Sept. 6-9, and also as OP mentioned you can find discounts on the DVC member site..I am thinking there may be some kind of discount for tours...

PS..if you are staying on DPs we are, the Disney website has the 3 for 5 day park hoppers listed on their own without being a part of a package.

Some people have said you get 100 off a premier pass, is that just for Disney World? We are buying in Calif. and were just wondering?

That excellent discount is only for WDW. Glendalais, a DLR cast member, mentioned the $20 Ap discount for DVC members in the post just above yours. :)

The $100.00 Disney Vacation Club Discount only applies to the purchase of a new Adult Annual Pass at the Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida. Disney Vacation Club Members purchasing Disneyland Resort Annual Passports receive a $20.00 Discount off the price of a Deluxe or Premium Annual Passport.

For more questions about DVC Member Discounts, consult Disney Vacation Club Member Services. For more information about, or to purchase a Walt Disney World Resort Annual or Seasonal Pass, consult http://www.disneyworld.com/, or contact the Walt Disney World Resort directly on (407) 560-PASS (7277).

EDIT: This is what I get for writing a post and then going off to do something else, lol.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Sorry if it was redundant I just did not follow the post above mine very well and did not understand why Disneyland and WDW would even be different. (Have never been to WDW):confused3
