Any breakfast place with made-to-order omelets?

DS loves made-to-order omelets. Is there any breakfast where you can get them. He'll be 23 yo, so doesn't matter if it's character or not. Mom would sorta prefer character, though.

They had them at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian last time we were there for breakfast. They were really yummy and they had tons of stuff to go in them! The rest of the food was great, too. I'm not sure what characters are there these days, though, because I think they have switched them around.

Two non-character places--the buffet at Boma's has an omlette station, tho it can get quite crowded.
And at Boatwright's they have something called the Blue Plate Omlette. Not made in front of you, but there is a selection of about 12 different fillings--and you can get as few or as many (including all 12) as you like. I usually get it with 4 different cheese along w/ sausage and bacon. YUM!!!

Donalds breakfastosaurus at AK. I had one in May and it was very good. They will also fixed fried eggs if you ask.

Don't know if it'll be reopened when you go, but Crystal Palace had them as well.

and they are delicious. The Garden Grove at the Swan. In the evening the restaurant changes names (I can't remember what it is) but for breakfast they have a yummy buffet and you can get made to order eggs any way you like them. My hubby orders an omelette every time we go.
