Just booked April 21-26 at OKW! Looking forward to great weather in April after we literally melted this August!!! Never been in April before.

The past 2 times we have been in April and the weather is really great. It can get a bit warm sometimes but not bad at all.

Compared to this past August, I'm sure the "bit warm" will feel "chilly"! It was really brutal!

We are there in April too - 10th thru 18th at VWL and 18th thru 24th at OKW.

It's our first trip as a family and we're taking my in-laws with us as well - the big question is, will I survive 2 weeks with my Mother in Law

WL courtyard with bunkbeds! Kids will miss 2 days of school. Otherwise, airfare would have been CRAZY! First-timers at WL. So excited!

Most of our trip is in May, but we'll be arriving April 28 so technically I'm an April person too. We'll be there April 28-May 5 (may add a few days on at the end) at Wilderness Lodge.

It'll be 2 years since our last trip come April...
There's nothing that takes the edge off of
the daily grind like a week in the "World!"

Never went past 6 days there so...I'm shooting
for 8 days...plenty of time to enjoy and not rush!

2007 was a bad year for us... MIL passed..Wife was
laid off...I lost my job(but immediately found one
as good..thanks,God!) ...so not to cry too loud but...

WE NEED THIS VACATION REAL BAD!!!

Just booked Animal Kingdom Lodge (Savanah View Rm!!) for April 11/12 and Saratoga Springs April 13 - 19!!!

We were originally going to plan for May, but I think i'd rather go during the kids school break. April 14-18. Just figured i'd come to this board and see what everyone thinks that week will be like seeing how easter is so early!!!
