We are planning for late April too! Maybe the 18-28th Was there from 4/24-5/1 in 2007 and it was GREAT! The further into April you go the better the crowds will be! Can't decide between POP or POFQ? We stayed at POP last time and loved it but would love to try a mod! Cannot wait for rate to come out! Does anyone know if you can book a room only and then change it to a package down the road? Thanks

1st time for our whole family next April...WooHoo, we are all so excited.
None of us have ever been...Me, DW, DS(8), DD(6)
We will be there Apr26-May4 for 8 nights.
Looks like we can budget for a Moderate with DDP, but we can't decide which Mod yet. Read so much good and bad about all 4 Mods that it's time to just pick one.

I know next April is a long way out but I realize from reading these forums that I have tons of decisions and lots of planning to do to make sure it all goes right.

My kids are sooooo excited. My wife and I are too but we have to show some restraint in front of them.

We're from the UK and we're staying at Pop Apr 1-15. Does anyone know how busy the parks will be? Are the kids over there still on spring break?

Hi! Our school district always has spring break the week year in April, and we will be heading down to Disney. Ours doesn't schedule it around Easter, though I am sure some do. I am hoping many do, and the crowds won't be too heavy. I teach, so my Disney time really isn't flexible. I have gone in July for my honeymoon and it was sooo hot, so I don't want to bring my small kids that time of year.

I have started planning a little bit. I have the plan flights booked , and will book the hotel some time this summer. I need to figure out which Pop building I would like to request. Anyone stay at Pop before? This will be our first time at Pop. I have stayed at CBR the past four times.

We stayed in the 50's building and loved it. It was building #2. We are definitely booking it again. Everyone seems to like the 60's because they're closer to the main building, but to me it seemed a little cramped. I liked our view of Epcot from our room anyway.

I don't think it's EVER too early to plan a trip to Disney. That's part of the fun.

Where we stayed in the 50's, if I had a car, I would have been able to park right outside the room. With the 60's, I think you still have to go through the main building to get to the parking lot, or walk around the front of the 70's and 80's depending on which lot. I could be wrong on that one though.

How many of you April 2008 disers have alread booked? I really want to wait until the rates come out, but am I safe in doing this? I am starting to get a little worried since I am hearing others post that some of the resorts have been booked already. What do you think?

We are going to be there from April 7th-April 18th. We are coming from Australia, me, dh, 3 sons and 1 daughter. The boys will be 11,7 and one will turn 6 while we are there and our daughter will be 3.5. I am so excited!
