Just got a call from my CM. I am waitlisted for an add on. She informed me that all add on's will be at $ 89 a point. Has anyone else heard this?

are you referring to SSRS?

or are you stating that to add on at the DVC resorts, with only 37years left, are now at $89 per point?

if the answer to the second sentence is yes, then this would explain the increase in ROFR by dVC,on dvc resales, so they can resale back to us!

Yes, 89.00 is now the going rate! Spoke with my guide last nite and he told me the same thing, no grandfathering...if there had been, I probably would have waitlisted, too at 84.00, but 89.00 is just too much to say OK, I'll take the price increase (at least for me!!).....
