Any 2011 Disney Brides?

Times that by 5 and that's the number we're looking at...I'm a little scared of the big number
Are you looking at an Escape wedding then?

Hello ladies!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one planning crazy far in advance! We just set our date for Sept 11, 2011. I can't wait! I am so excited. :yay: I wanted to do it a little sooner, but we are trying to save up as much as possible before then so we don't have to finance much if anything at all.

I have already gotten sucked into the wedding websites and stuff, even though I can't really go out and buy a dress yet or anything. Oh well.

Congrats to all! Be seeing you around.

No coz you need less then 18 guests for an escape, plus I must have a reception!

We'll be inviting a lot more then that, but out of all the people we'd invite, I've looked into who is deffinately interested, and so far it's about 30 people.

I'm so excited, I have fellow Disney brides now! HI GIRLS!! :wave2:

I thought I was planning crazy early, so I was being "super-stealth" about my wedding board lurking - now I can come out of hiding! I'm planning on a Wishes wedding for April 2011. We're hoping for France/Living Seas/Morocco.

I'm hoping for Italy Courtyard for the ceremony, but there are just too many choices for receptions! I love LSS, Attic, and AAR. I'm not sure how big of a wedding we want, so I guess location will depend on that.

Were hoping for an escape but were not sure if it will work... we want morocco for the ceremony and then living seas for the reception...

Either China, Japan or Morocco for the ceremony, then Living Seas with an Epcot dessert party at night.

I want 30 but I think realistically, more like 40 guests.

We are thinking we will have 30-40 guests and I really love the Boardwalk for the ceremony and the Yaht and beach club for the reception, but I'm open to changing my mind when we go for our PS. DF really wants fireworks... I'm not sure we can squeeze that in the budget. Might do the rehearsal dinner in Epcot and just so happen to catch IllumiNations while we are at it. popcorn::

I'm the very end of 2010, but i feel your pain on the long wait!

Yay! :yay: I'm glad I'm not the only crazy planner around here! We have just decided on 7th October 2011 at Wedding Pavillion/Sunset Pointe (depending on numbers from the UK etc) for an Escape Wedding, followed by a 2 week Disneymoon. I have been reading everything I can find on Disney Weddings since we finally made the decision to go to the Mouse House. Decided to sign up for the forum when I saw this thread. Soooo glad you all are as excited as me so far in advance! Happy planning everyone!!

We're looking at end of May or early June 2011. We want an escape wedding and then a big at home reception a few weeks later. It makes me feel better to know there are other people planning already

We just got engaged in Epcot (in Mexico) last October but we're planning for an 11/11/11 wedding! We are both in college right now; DF graduates next May and I graduate in May of 2011 so that's why we are waiting until the end of November. We are both November babies so I want to get married in November but I'm flexible with the date. Plus I love autumn so I really want a fall-themed wedding. :flower3: I want to get married in the wedding pavilion (hopefully morning) with an afternoon reception at the Grand Floridian followed by a dessert party in Italy! :cloud9:

Oh! Me! Me! :banana::yay:

Me and Kenny will have been married five years June 17 in 2011 and I really would like to do a vr at Sunset Pointe. (Unfortaunately, it's only available Oct. -Mar.) So, unless we do it earlier that year, we may do it at the wedding pavilion. Our guest list is super small. Us, my sister (well cousin, but to me, she's my sis), her girlfriend, and my dad, and grandma. Not sure yet how many of his family will want to come. I already asked my mom...she said no. Then again, she didn't want to come the first time around....long story ain't getting into it. :rolleyes1:rolleyes:

Planning to eat at Cali Grill afterwards for our "reception" and after grandma and dad go to bed, me and hubby and the gang will hit the town off site and party the nite away!

Right now, just hoping to get started on school...I'm getting into Marketing and hoping to get into the Disney Internship Program down the road.

My DH and I will have been married for 5 years:lovestruc 12/19/2011 and will be having a VR hopefully at the WP! :cool1:

I am thinking about May 2011 or August 2011 for my Disney Cruise Line wedding I am so excited. I am in the same situation as Liz28, except I graduate next May and my DF graduates from college May 2011. The wedding is going to be perfect timing and will allow for us to save up some extra cash so we can make the wedding the best it can be :)
