anual passes? or 10 days park hopper plus 4 days hopper?

So we are planning on going to the parks 14 days, I see there is only 10 days maximum... so the question is if I'm from Italy can I get annual passes or is just Us citizens?
Anyways I'm going first to New York we have a friend that is a resident, can I ask her to buy our annual passes?

I am not sure if they sell these tickets in Italy but in the UK we can buy 14 day or 21 day tickets which give you unlimited entry to all parks,water parks and Disney Quest. May be worth checking with your travel agents

Italians can get the 14 and 21 day tickets too.

addendum...

navigating the Italian site it looks like from there it only offers DL Paris Tickets... but again as I recall they will ship the WDW tickets from the British web site to other EU countries.
