Another way to make a little extra cash for our Disney funds

I am doing well this month. Just 1 waiting in pending and then need to do 2 more videos -that will get me 20!!! I can't belive I may actually do all of them. very happy.

I have only made $350.00 so far but I am really new to this. Just happy to have that money. This month should get me $250.00!

yea, all 20 have now been uploaded and just waiting on 3 to be accepted. I am thrilled. I may even start to video some for next month since we will be gone a little next month.

You guys were great motivation. Plus hearing how much you guys have made helps and how much some of you guys make on your pay-per-view helps also. And I also got my first referral, sister, this month so I am feeling on cloud nine.

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

I got my five extra videos done. I've done 6 videos this month. I have a few more I started working on when my camera card got full. Of course, I didn't know that until after I had done a few that never recorded.

This sounds brilliant! Is it just for US residents or could I d it too (UK)? If not, does anyone know of a UK alternative? I could seriously do with a few extra hundred a month.

I just have to say thank you guys so much for introducing me to this. The last 2 months I made about $120 each. But this month I have 19 approved (putting last one on tonight) and 4 out of 5 of those question approved and 1 pending. In total almost $450 for my disney trip.

AND THEN I FOUND OUT TICKETMANIA TAKES PAYPAL!!!!!!!!! Great, 1 less step for me. I'll pay for my tickets 1 or 2 at a time now without tranferring money out.

This looks very interesting. I have been searching for ways to make a little extra. I am going to check it out. Thanks

All of mines were approved for this month:cool1: . Now we just have to wait and see which ones they are paying slightly lower rates of pay for since it was changed to "up to $10". If I get paid $10 for all of them, that's a nice $250 for our trip.:thumbsup2 ::yes:: :thumbsup2

I also did all 20 + 5. I am HOPING that we get paid like normal so I too can have $250.00. It will be interesting after they pay us to see how it really is going to go.

I uploaded my 5 questions yesterday and they're not approved yet...it's not looking too good. I have problems w/the audio and video not being in sync. I just use my digital camera. Does anyone else have that problem and if so what do you do about it?

The only time I've had sync problems was when I tried to do something else on the computer while uploading.

I think we've just hit the "end of the month log jam" of videos. I uploaded 6 on Saturday, and I'm still waiting. Last week, they were approved overnight. I think its just the end of the month thing, so don't worry! I'm over halfway to my 20, since I did some DVDs, but want to hold them until next month since that category is getting "bloated"
As for the sync issues, I've had severe problems with sync issues. I had no issues when I used my old digital camera, which recorded at the 320x240 pixel sie. But I've had issues since I had to start using my camcorder, for some reason, they upload fine from my PC. If I upload them from the laptop, there is a lag.

i am wondering if anyone even reads the forum to see that DVDs, books and foods are getting bloated. If reviewers don't and review them do they just get the less money or does everyone in that category get less. Seems sad to make the first review in each category and get paid the same as those who have been warned that a category is bloated. you know what I mean? I am just real interested to see how this plays (or pays) out.

I started reviewing again today for the first time since Nov. I uploaded 5 the same way I used to and they are all out of sync after the upload, but not on my computer before. Ugh.

Also has anyone else seen their PPP go waaaay down this month. I am at about 50% of my average per month for June. I thought when they sent out the thing about my stroller review being in some newsletter I would pick up some. Instead I'm way down. :(

Thanks for the input on the out-of-sync issues. MeanQueen, you had told me that in response to a post I had on this several months ago and I stopped doing anything else while they were uploading and it helped. It's just frustrating b/c I can't seem to figure out why! And when they're rejected it takes (took, I haven't uploaded since they changed the structure) longer to find out.

I'm still watching reviews though.:thumbsup2

Ok, so this is a legit website that will give me money for videos of reviews I make. I trust the members of the Dis board so please tell me. Should I do this? Could someone give me a quick run through of how this works? What each video worth, etc? Also, should I set up a paypal account? I'm a bit confused and need some guidance. I want to go to Disney in December and this could help! Thanks in advance for responses.

Yes, it IS legit! I've been on Expo since Feb, and have made almost $600.
You need to have a paypal account in the same email adress you register with them, as this is how they pay.
With the current promotion, each video is worth $10, with a limit of 20.
It IS worth the time, in my opinion. And it is fun to watch everyone elses videos! Also, if you want to make double, have your DH do a few. I wite mine a script, and shoot, and then edit and upload for him while he is at work.

I was surprised at how much I was able to make and how easy it is. You just have to make good quality videos. Expo got a bit more picky about it lately.

This is a really great website. My husband and I both do it. We have been members since July '07. We have made about six thousand dollars combined. We have a lot of fun with it. ::yes::

Wow! Thanks for the quick responses. So how do you pay taxes on the money you make? I'm really confused about that. Also, do I have to give credit card info on paypal or anything? Thanks!

Expo will give you a 1099 once you get close to $600. I attach Paypal to my checking account so I can transfer my money. But you can also get a Paypal card to use I think.
