I know I jinxed myself b/c the video I was trying to upload is on our new computer and I said "I haven't seen anything wrong with Vista, yet"

Now I'm sitting here trying to figure out what to do.

Has anyone upgraded to Vista? If so, any issues with the files being too large to upload?

I went from being well under the 50MB limit on my old computer to now EVERYTHING is well over 50MB.

I've got to be missing something.

I purchased a laptop with "Vista for home" on it the first of December, but I haven't used it for reviews yet. I started to upload a video to it last mth and Vista didn't recognize my camcorder so I didn't go any further. That was enough problems for me. I still use my 1 yr old Compaq desktop to upload to.

Yeah - I just hooked my old computer back up to use specifically for Expo. It's slow, but it works.

When I import the files onto the computer, they are HUGE! 200MB+. These are videos that would be less than 10 on my old computer. I moved them to WMM and compressed them, but when I tried to upload them onto Expo, it took over 15 minutes. That's unusual for us. It usually takes 5 minutes tops for the file to upload.

I don't know if it's Vista, or the computer itself.

I think my files are usually about 200 before I compress them with Windows Movie Maker. It's never taken more than a minute or two to upload them .

I was hoping today too since they paid so early last month. I haven't gotten it though.

This month will be my first full "paycheck" as I reached the max videopinions allowed.
