Another way to make a little extra cash for our Disney funds

Good to know, thank you! Off to make videos as I didn't make ONE for Sept!! :rolleyes1 I just couldn't get motivated! :sad2:

I was coming over here to post the new promotion, looks like others beat me to it! I was hoping for a different promo but at least they kept DVDs at $5.00. If they keep the promo for the same in Nov. though, we may be in trouble!

Does anyone else have any still in the received status? I uploaded some Saturday morning and I've never had any in the received status this long. I'm beginning to get worried :scared:

It's not just you. I have quite a few in received but not pending as well. I also thought this was really strange.

I have 4 that are still like that, 3 are from a few days ago! That's the first time I've uploaded and not been able to view my video within a few minutes.

My wife had tons like that but they are slowly trickling through. I believe it's just because of the last minute uploads.

I am so :headache: at Expo today. First they rejected 11 of my daughter's dvd reviews because the reviewer in the video was not the submitter. Thats craziness, shes my daughter and she has tons of vids on my acct already. So I emailed them and asked them to look at them again because its my daughter, so now they are going back and adding new rejection comments of poor audio quality that were NOT there this morning. That is so wrong. And theyve already approved some she did on teh same day that have the same audio. DH said today hes done with Expo...it was a good run for a while and we made some good money but its just getting to be too much trouble. I will probably let me daughter continue to do reviews so she can make some money, but I think thats it for me.

Is anyone else having luck with the other sites mentioned on here?

I've found that they seem to reject a video for one thing and then when I email them they change the reason. It is very frustrating and almost seems like they have a problem getting the reviewers on the same standards.

They rejected my Disney restaurant reviews because of background noise (Yeah, I was in a Disney restaurant!) and are now rejecting my dvds because you can't see the product. :confused3 I am showing the footage like they asked, but I didn't show the dvd case? Maybe that is it? Did you have to?

Yea you have to show the dvd case. These dvd reviews they are real picky about this last week. :cutie:

I redid all our disney once getting home because of background noise. And the 1 time I didn't have the case I ejected the dvd when I was done and showed it, too easy to have movies saved on my DVR and say I owned them so didn't want any trouble.

All I can say is with how they are being now you need to keep a check list and follow it for everything you do there. Make sure everything is PERFECT as possible and don't be afraid to question them about rejections. Email them and ask them to RE-Review anything you believe to be an error.

I too second emailing them, they don't always change their minds though. In one of mine that was rejected the phone was ringing, but it was on the movie! They reversed it, and glad they did.

I have always showed the case but have a few not in cases. I asked on the expotv forum if showing the actual DVD would suffice and they said yes. So, you will need to show the case or the actual DVD.

They must be in better moods over there lol. They went through the 30 movies I had already loaded up for this month in about an hour.

They even approved some of my wifes travel stuff.

It 's amazing how easy it is to find places they count.

Happy with EXPO again :)

I'm waiting for a bunch to be approved, which usually means they will find a reason to deny them. I plan to do more today using my good video camera. We had loaned it to a friend and finally got it back!
