Another Waitlist Anomaly

I've been on the waitlist for BCV studio 11/8-9 since 7 1/2 months. I check periodically online and successfully booked it this morning. I called MS to cancel the waitlist (among other things) and the CM was perplexed why my WL did not automatically come through. She was sending some type of notice to their IT team to let them know. I was at work so I didn't have time to teach her how the WL system works. I'm just happy I was able to get the reservation because that night has not been available in a studio and 1 BR anywhere on site since 7 months out.

Congrats to you! Hoping our WL comes through too. Nov 10-14, Beach Club 2BR. I know it's a long shot but we're hoping! I'll definitely be checking online after reading your experience.
