Although I don't want to believe it, I think it's too early for the extension also. In the past year SW hasn't extended the schedule until the current schedule only had around 105 days left in it. We are still at around 126 days.
Please SW prove me wrong!!!

105 days would put it at Thursday, April 20. Wouldnt suprise me if thats the date. I may have to alter my earlier prediction.

I definately have too much time on my hands. I figured out the days left in the current schedule when the new end date came out. Going backwards they were released at 106, 101, 99, 105, 116, 105, 123, 109, 108 days. I could go on and on. I'm definately not saying that SW couldn't change it up and I'm so hoping they will.

oh for crying out loud I can't sit in front of this computer forever!!!! This is so aggravating! I don't mind the waiting so much, it's the not knowing which day....I blocked off my whole morning to watch today, but I can't do that everyday!

Yep, you're right...I did the same thing. Had alot of errands to do this morning & I spent most of it in front of the pc waiting & refreshing! Very frustrating...

We must be going to the Beach Club at almost the same time, my counter is only two days different than yours. We're going on August 19, sooner if we have to drive because SW won't release our dates! Just kidding.

Not that SW revolves around WDWor anything....but DH and I were talking, and he bets that since the free DDP is for fall dates, and SW has not released their dates/fares for Orlando...that they are now going to open at $10 higher each way than prior. He also thinks that since DDP opens tomorrow, that SW will wait until at least Thursday, so that people who maybe were not orig. going to travel to WDW will now do so due to the dining and therefor be willing to pay a few bucks more for their airfare. Like I said, they do not revolve around WDW, but it will be interesting to see compared to other cities what the fares open up at...IF THEY EVER DO!!!!!!!!!!!

That sounds like a good theory. I don't like it, but I can see the thinking behind the theory. I'm kind of hoping that since schools start in September that fares will stay down--Southwest might be hoping to lure travelers during a season when demand may not be that high. Hurricance season might help low fares continue, too. I can hope, right?

I am still waiting for August and can't stand it much longer! We leave on the 15th for our Disney Cruise and I want to be all set for August before we go!

Ok....I've been patient. I was right on it when the fares opened up last time but it was only until August 3rd. I need August 5-19th.
Historic data shows 3/13/03 opened to 9/8/03. 3/25/04 opened to 9/13/04 and 3/17/05 opened to 9/12/05. Anyone want to join me in the wait?????

Unfortunately, there's nothing really magical about Thursdays, right? If I got it correct, based on the previously posted chart, dates have been extended on Thursday (15 out of the last 25 times) but also on Tuesday, Monday, Friday, even Wednesday if you go back 3 years. I just haven't seen Saturday or Sunday, but I guess you never know....
